Big room was lekker and super close to the old centre. The staff were proper friendly and even made us sandwiches and snacks for our early leave. Just around the corner, I found a Lidl store—so handy!
The traffic outside was a bit hectic, so the air was a bit polluted, but not a deal breaker.

Getting to the attic room was a trek, with narrow stairs and a low ceiling that made me bump my head more than once. The breakfast setup struggled with space, becoming cramped during busy hours, alongside the limited food selection. There were heating issues on my first day, and I found it puzzling that the room prices were comparable to larger, more comfortable options on lower floors without the sloping ceilings. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times, making it hard to stay connected when I needed it most.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to Old Town. Clean rooms made a positive impression. Breakfast had enough variety, but the dining room felt cramped during busy hours. The staff at the front desk was inconsistent. some showed great friendliness while others seemed indifferent. My room had a slight musty smell and the furniture appeared dated. Parking was convenient and a definite plus. I appreciated the quick check-in and check-out process. The lack of an elevator in the 3-star section can be a hassle for those with heavy luggage.
